EFT (Tapping) is a powerful stress relief technique based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese accupuncture and modern psychology. The technique combines using words whilst tapping gently on accupressure points on the face and body.  

Often described as ‘acupuncture without needles’ EFT combines with psychology to treat both physical and emotional conditions.

Research has shown that it is especially helpful for alleviating and treating the symptoms of stress, anxiety, PTSD, depression, phobias and chronic pain. 

Using a combination of EFT and Matrix Re-Imprinting we can work together to find the core beliefs that have been impacting your life and re-frame your traumatic memories to bring you to a place of true healing.

As with acupuncture and acupressure, tapping involves the body’s energy meridian points, through which energy flows.

Blocks or imbalances in the flow of energy lead to ill health. Tapping on these meridian points with the fingertips restores the balance of energy to resolve physical and emotional issues.

EFT is a remarkably effective and fast technique that can help you break through your blocks helping you change your beliefs to live and love your life.

An EFT Session

The goal of every session is for you to have real and measurable results.


We will briefly discuss your issue or challenge and a agree a plan for what to work on. 

  • Before tapping, we will establish a setup phrase that describes the current issue or emotion you are experiencing

  • I will lead you through tapping on a series of acupressure points while we focus on phrases that relate to this feeling

  • As you are tapping, other aspects of the issue may come up. You may also think of other words or phrases you want to tap on. After every few rounds of tapping we will stop and check in with how you are feeling

  • We continue tapping and clearing aspects until you feel comfortable.

EFT will help to calm the mind, clear the emotion, get free of the past and let go of stress.

Focussing on a negative emotion, a fear, a challenge or anything causing you stress while simultaneously tapping on the acupressure points, sends a calming signal to the brain, allowing you to acknowledge the stress to calm your mind and body.

Not only do we experience stress in the mind, but physically too. Sometimes the pain may present itself as a tension headache, back pain, stomach issues or something else.


Typically, after an EFT session, you can expect:

  • More energy and a greater sense of emotional balance

  • Reduced or eliminated negative feelings such as guilt, stress, or anger

  • You will feel lighter as you get rid of past emotional baggage

  • You will think more clearly and be able to see solutions
